Develop, Implement, and Evaluate an Intensive Training Program on Wildlife and Gardening
Project Description:
The project included preparing a comprehensive study to identify and develop specializations that provide specialized human cadres in the field of natural reserves and working to conclude agreements with leading international universities and institutes in the field of the environment to benefit from their expertise in this regard while providing the institute with a comprehensive report.

- Habitat restoration and rehabilitation, tree planting and care, and implementation of nursery facilities and works.
- Roles and responsibilities of local communities towards nature reserves.
- Awareness of natural reserves.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
- First aid and basic safety management skills.
- Use of maps, GPS, and geographic information systems in nature reserves.
Results:
- Develop training program modules that cover all required training objectives.
- Successfully implement and evaluate the training program.
- Achieving the program objectives and improving the trainees’ knowledge and skills.
