Develop, Implement, and Evaluate an Intensive Training Program on Wildlife and Gardening

Project Description:

The project included preparing a comprehensive study to identify and develop specializations that provide specialized human cadres in the field of natural reserves and working to conclude agreements with leading international universities and institutes in‭ ‬the field of the environment to benefit from their expertise in this regard while providing the institute with a comprehensive‭ ‬report‭.‬

  • Management of natural reserves‭.‬
  • Habitat restoration and rehabilitation‭, ‬tree planting and care‭, ‬and implementation of nursery facilities and works‭.‬
  • Roles and responsibilities of local communities towards nature reserves‭.‬
  • Awareness of natural reserves‭.‬
  • Basic Life Support‭ (‬BLS‭).‬
  • First aid and basic safety management skills‭. ‬
  • Use of maps‭, ‬GPS‭, ‬and geographic information systems in nature reserves‭.‬

Results:

  • Develop training program modules that cover all required training objectives‭.‬
  • Successfully implement and evaluate the training program‭.‬
  • Achieving the program objectives and improving the trainees’‭ ‬knowledge and skills‭.‬
